Terms of Service

WristHunter monitors publicly available watch listings based on criteria you provide and may send email alerts when potential matches are found. We do not buy, sell, or authenticate watches, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a seller.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your alert email current. You must be at least 18 years old to use WristHunter.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access others' data, scrape WristHunter itself in ways that harm availability, or use the product for unlawful purposes. Automated hunt runs are subject to fair-use limits based on your plan.

Listing information comes from third-party sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Strong Match and Investigate labels are automated aids — not guarantees. You are solely responsible for verifying listings, sellers, authenticity, and condition before purchasing.

WristHunter may offer free and paid plans. We may change features, limits, or pricing with reasonable notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WRISTHUNTER AND ITS OPERATORS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, MISSED DEALS, OR PURCHASE DISPUTES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

You may stop using WristHunter at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, but provisions that should survive (including disclaimers and limits of liability) remain in effect.
