WristHunter ("we", "us") helps collectors monitor watch listings and receive alerts. This policy describes what we collect, why, and your choices.
Information we collect
Account data: email address, authentication identifiers, and optional profile photo when you sign up or sign in (including via Google).
Hunt data: watch criteria you configure (brand, model, references, price limits, sources, alert email, and related preferences).
Listing data: publicly available listing information we fetch on your behalf (titles, prices, URLs, thumbnails, and evaluation notes).
Usage data: basic logs such as hunt run history, errors, and emails sent — used to operate and improve the service.
How we use information
We use your information to run hunts, evaluate listings, send alert emails, authenticate you, and improve WristHunter. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We rely on trusted processors to operate the product, including hosting and database (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), and optional AI-assisted hunt setup (OpenAI) when enabled. Listing data is retrieved from third-party marketplaces and sites you choose to monitor.
Retention & security
We retain account and hunt data while your account is active. You may delete hunts and listings from the app; contact us to request account deletion. We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit and at rest, but no system is perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can update your email, password, and alert preferences in Account settings, pause or delete hunts, and sign out at any time. Alert emails stop when you pause a hunt or remove your alert address.
